yes, I believe in karma, that you attract the energy that you put out there. Therefore, if you are negative, that is what you will attract, negative energy.
How do you break this cycle? It's up to you. You can focus on all the bad things in your life (and everyone has bad stuff, even the rich) or you can be thankful for what you do have, thankful for what you have accomplished, thankful for friends and family and remember that there is always someone else who is worse off then you are.

i believe that positive things come to those you work hard and dont complain and moan and who are doing things not becuase of the finiancal incentive but because they want to. I believe good things happen to those who deserve it and these people are the people that wont take it for granted

I believe that you need to think positive and then make it happen from there. Tell yourself that you can do something and don't let anyone tell you something different. Shifting from a negative to positive person just takes self awareness and discipline. When you can recognize that you are thinking in a negative way, stop yourself, and redirect your thoughts back to something positive. With time you will see improvement. You can create your own reality by being present and living in the moment.
Yes I do bring good to myself... because I am a good person in the words of Justin Timberlake "What goes around comes all the way back around". As for making dreams come true... if its something you want bad enough and work towards it you will get it. You have to think positive to be positive.
