There's no such thing as a psychic. At least that's what all scientific studies have shown.
There's absolutely no way to know the answer to this. So. just don't worry about it! Just try to do what makes you happy and don't waste time over something you can never know. You could just be a dead rotting body with no consciousness. You could be reincarnated until you reach nirvana. Perhaps there is a god and if you blindly worship him/her/it even though it seems to cause a lot of misery you will go to some "heaven" that's based on western values anyway (many people of other cultures would view the westernized concept of heaven as... well... not so heavenly). Or maybe you just dream forever and ever like you do when you're asleep.
Your time is best spent pursuing your passions and spending time with the people you love.

i'm no psycic but i believe in reincartation, being reborn. if you have been good in this life you are reborn as a higher life form, eg as a richer person, royalty and vice versa. That's a nice idea to believe. I'm not religious or anything so I don't really believe in heaven...but I like to think that when you die you're happy for ever and you're where you want to be.

Many guys have puzzled over the same questions that you ask now. I will just mention a few of them that might ring a bell to you: Jesus, Plato, Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas, Rene Descartes, Popper etc..
the list as you see goes on and on. Your questions as simple and straightforward as they seem, are the most difficult one of them all. What people on FunQA.com can tell you is what they think/believe to be the answer. The truth is- nobody really knows. We can never scientifically prove what happens after we die, its beyond the methodology of science, But you can believe in something and its up to you what you decide to believe in. You should not be scared of death,..coz we don't know how it is as we have not experience it as yet. Just make the most of your life and if you find something to believe in outside yourself, the better.

When you die, you stay in the grave. "The Dead knows nothing". so if you believe you're talking to a dead person, its the devil. When Jesus comes again, the dead shall rise first. Good will go to Heaven, then after the 1000 years are up, the bad will burn in Hell.
