I took a few anatomy courses in college when I still planned on being an MD. I think the most helpful activity I used was a coloring book with different muscle groups and other anatomical groups. I also still use a Brain atlas, which has many different pictures and cross sections of the brain. I liked the coloring book (yes it sounds childish, but it's pretty helpful) because I had to learn what parts I was coloring and pay attention to it. I had to learn the different parts in order to color them correctly, then when I was done, I had an atlas of the human body that I could still study.

um go to the library and find some good books, im still in high school (sophmore) and they wont let me take anatomy til my junior or senior year so i have to study off books from the library or use websites.
