My wife likes bringing in plates of food while using the bathroom, how do I stop this compulsive eating?

Either stand by the door when she goes in and take it away, or have her go to a professional. I would recommend the latter.
Maybe you two should try counseling and let her know that her behavior is unacceptable and that is not becoming of a lady to eat while on the toilet.
