The Fear of school,math,communicating... help.?
I don't believe I'm Pessimistic.. but i have this voice that keeps telling me You're going to fail..you'll never past high school and if you do you'll fail in life,perhaps jobs.
I am terrible at math so terrible that i don't even know my multiplications.teachers tell me oh wow you're such a good student,and you're very quiet. but deep inside I'm suffering
Why does this happens to me! If iam not like every student out there who's thinking about sex,drugs etc..
I just want to feel good and do good.I just want to pass high school and be successful.. on august i will be a junior,taking algebra 2 and then a senior and then the real world.is my mind develop enough? i dont even no how to drive.. or my knowledge is it to low watching CASH CAB makes me feel terrible because i cant even get one answer correct,although im good in family feud.

i dont think that you are stupid. I think that you just have a low self esteem. If your teachers are telling you that you are a good student, then listen to them!! what do your grades say? School is hard, if it was easy, then it wouldnt be anything important.
Also, I think if you talk to some of your peers they may feel the same way you do, that they arent as good as they can be.
but if you feel like this is a genuine problem, I suggest you talk to someone about it, a counselor, your parents, even those teachers of yours. They can all be great resources of self esteem boosters.

i felt the same way when i started you must be proud of yourself about not doing drugs etc and just because you can't do math doesn't mean you are dum not everyone can understand everything so speak to your parents and maybe get out of that school and remember you always have us answers guys if you need to talk to someone just talk to me

I don't think your stupid. You sound a lot like I was while I was in school. If I wanted to make an A on something I had to study extra extra hard. Some subjects I was a whiz in, and other were just so hard for me. Everyone learns differently. Some people learn from hearing, some learn from seeing, some learn from doing. It's called kinesthetic. You have to hear it, see it, and do it in order to learn it. I'm the type that can't just remember something just because I read it. I have to underline, highlight, and take notes in order to remember. If I were you I'd get with a teacher that you really look up to, and ask them to help you. Explain how you feel, and what you would like to change. Maybe you need to try some new learning strategies. You may be a slow learner, but that will not keep you from being successful in life. You just have to learn how to manage it.
well if its a terrible tone of voice, change it to something pleasant. even sexy. fear of school, or fear of math is just plain lazy.
