The manner of thinking, behaving, or reacting characteristic of a specific person is known as temperament.
How you behave in a given situation? or in psychological terms how much u control ur temper. Better the control, better is ur temperament.
A temperament person has got a cool head over his shoulders and would think twice before making any decision even in utmost distress situation.
A temperament person is more healthy because of his steady pulse rate and a normal blood pressure.
Each and every system in the human body is connected by nerves and the tempremancy is directly controlled by nerves, so better u control ur temper better will be ur nervous system and above all you will be more human.
Temperment means your state of mind.

I think temperAment is all about generalizing moods. For example, If you are usually a happy person then someone might say you have a happy (or just "good") temperament.
