Cant sleep...?
I cant get her out of my head no matter howhard i try.
I stay up like til 3 everynight just thinking about her while trying to sleep
Its cool, i love her very much and thinking about her is awesome but..

I think the last thing you need to do is try to sleep. The more conscious you are of trying to get that sleep the more it will elude you. If you can't get her off your head, why don't you just try to think happy and light thoughts about her? It will likely help you relax and bring you to dreamland faster.

The chemistry of love...especially at first is really hard on the mind. Would suggest that you get some GABA(Gamma-aminobutyric acid), the premo kind at whole paycheck~whole foods~ or a good health food store that carries Solaray. Then I would make sure that I ate calming foods like miso soup or oatmeal an hour before going to sleep. I would also attempt to take my mind of a loved one by keeping busy doing things that are necessary around my home...zen stuff...like sweeping the floors and so on...getting organized . Good luck...and do not forget to tell her and show her that you do in fact love her!
