3. Instigator
4. Whenever there is something going wrong with her life or family, she feels like it is everyone else's fault.
5. She keeps her bad stuff and her family's bad stuff secret, but spreads everyone else's secrets.
6. She holds grudges from months ago
7. She gets stuff started; she is the cause of every argument

Answer:
From first glance this person may seem like a self centered trouble maker. But usually people like that try to stir up problems and call attention to themselves for a reason. My guess would be that she's insecure about her own life and likes to cause problems to make others seem worse off than she is.
People with poor self esteem act differently,-Some seek approval while others seek to call out the negative of others to avoid acknowledgment of their own short comings.
Could be extreme borderline personality disorder mixed with narcissic personality disorder and/or histrionic personality disorder. People can have all three in some degree, or two or just one. Sounds like someone to avoid at all costs.
prognosis : she hasn't gotten laid in months
Jeez, what a miserable pain in the * this person sounds like. If it's a family member, I feel for you.
