Is there a way to end my life..?

I hate being depressed and stressed out working like a dog at work and at home and being at the receiving end all the time. I hate this life I hate this world. It is so cruel unjust and cruel !! Why does it just happen to me ?

There are hundreds of ways you can die, but I suspect some lives are not meant to be easy. Nobody has yet proved it, but research through hypnotism into individuals' lives before birth, all agreed that they had to be persuaded to return here, that there was some unfinished business they had to pit right.

If this is true, then the rotten time you are having is probably what you came back to deal with. Things can get unbearable for us, but I have no idea how we are supposed to benefit from this. At least you won't have to come back & do it again if you tough it out?

I was depressed for years, it was a real struggle getting through the days. When I finally analyzed it - what made it easier & what made it worse - it eventually lifted! Now, I can't even remember what I felt like. It's a mystererious business.

Don't,. It's for your own good. Work is a part of life and is practically inevitable, and death, according to both scientits and laymen, happen to 1 in every 1 person, so why hasten it? I believe that you can enjoy life by finding some excitement in it. Put spice into your life by pondering about the blessings you currently have. I believe that every depressed person still has hope - this comes from first-hand experience. I'd suggest that you go see a Christian psychiatrist - they'll help you and you'll go a long way from being depressed : )

Change your job. My brother killed himself at 16 when I was 18. Now Im 24 and my life has never been the same. People dont realize really how much they are loved until its too late. Please dont do this. Change what you dont like in your life. Talk to a doc.
you've got to face life with a lot of courage.life is meaningless without courage.you've got to learn to do things one at a time and also learn to accept the result.
Maybe you should think about changing your lifestyle.Downsize,get a smaller place that's less expensive,change jobs.Think about reading some self help books.You can learn to change your behaviors and stop feeling like a victim.You have power over your life,just decide to take control of your life.
First of all, it doesn't all just happen to you. EVERYONE has bummer days/bummer weeks/bummer years.

If you hate your job, change it.

After you do that, move out of your current living situation.

TAKE CONTROL of your life. Stop letting other people make you feel like your life is worthless. It's only worthless if you give up now, just because you feel weak. DON'T GIVE UP!

just happen to YOU?! Please, I'm 14 and I have more sense than to kill myself just because things aren't going my way! At this time, I'm going through exam preparation at school, at home, my stepmom is pregnant, my mom and dad are arguing, my stepdad is trying to get rid of my dad. I have 3 other siblings to look after, because this 4th one will need the attention. I'Ve been talking to a school councilor weekly for nearly 3 months, And i have this frigging head ache that wont go away...actually it's getting annoying.but anywho..

If you think YOU'VE got problems, at least know you're not the only one, because that would be stupid, now wouldn;t it? And ending your life because of it..well, the only thing it shows is You're weak.
If your life is REALLY that bad, then why the hell don't you just CHANGE it? Don't complain about your job and think about ending your life, find a different job that you actually like doing! Move somewhere else, take a vacation if you can. There are more ways to get away from it all aside from just killing yourself. You might say that you don't have the money, but isn't not having money better than not having life in general? What's the worst that could happen if you make some changes, you end up broke or die? Isn't that what you'd want to happen anyway?
kill yourself in a hospitial so they can use your organs to be donated to those poor people who want to live but cant without organs donated , but tell a nurse where you will be found in 20 minits .. or you can change your attitude and everyonelses attitude towards you at the same time by beleiving in a positive mental attitude at all times possible ...dont be a foolist live life to the fullest , love your life to the fullest !! coz youre only here once, this is now so here and now beleive in what you can achieve before its too late, if you believe in yourself you may succeed at almost anything you put your mind to, if someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, foregive them. Sure, there are many ways to end your life. I wouldn't advise it though.

You're suffering from a chemical imbalance in your brain, and you're definitely not the only one who feels that way! This chemical balance can be treated. See a psychiatrist as soon as you can. Make sure you tell them it's important for you to get in right away. If you feel like you might actually do something to hurt yourself (or if you want to), check yourself in to a behavioral health facility.

You're in real danger. Do something about it.

That means that if you are finding your life rather intolerable, it's your outlook on life that is giving you those feelings, not the situation itself. Talk to a counselor or a psychologist about your feelings; a good one will help you to get a more positive perspective on your situation. Even though things may seem very hopeless, there are always ways to make them better, ways you have overlooked or not even thought of.

For example, are there things you could do at your workplace to improve your situation? Have you talked to your boss about the possibility of changing jobs or moving up the ladder? Do you really think the rest of us are all walking around without a care? Of course not. We all go through tough times. See a psychiatrist, or a psychologist. Talk to some one. There is no shame in seeking help from a professional. They can help you look at things differently so they are not so bleak. There is even medication to help with depression.
