School Anxiety?
Answer:
conquer your fears. little by little, you pass by that school and think only of the good times you had when you're inside of it. don't think of the bad things, it will just make you afraid of entering school.
there's no harm in trying. and besides, school is the key to success. just try to conquer and overcome your fears.
failure to try, is already a failure.
Well, I'm not a doctor, and I don't really understand this phobia, but I would suggest getting understanding friends that can walk with you to class and put you at ease while you're out and about. Talk to your professors about the problem if they don't already know. Take baby steps.go outside your house while you're on vacation. Get your parents or siblings or friends to take walks with you so you can get used to being outside and know that there's nothing out there that threatens you. You should try to condition yourself to being outdoors or in open areas without suffering from extreme anxiety. Just take it slow. Good luck!
You can try to take some at home classes, and maybe only do 1 or 2 classes at school. That way you won't fall behind, but you are still working on your condition by going out some.
Most schools will accommodate people with special needs. Call and talk to your counciler or advisor. They can offer lots of help by telling you the options for someone in your situation. Maybe ask about getting a handicap parking pass so you can park as close to the classroom as possible. That would cut down on you having to walk all over campus.
Good luck.
