I have somone in my life who thinks I'm attracted to him-but Im not!?
Answer:
sometimes people translate your niceness for attraction. It's totally annoying! They just misunderstand things because they need a little love in their lives. Just keep away from him is all I can say...
...I'm going to need to to fart...(x
well damn all u had to do was tell me in person...kinda rude to post our lives on y/a's ;-) lol
Hmm that is weird and it must make you feel kind of creepy.
First off I'd say try to keep away from this person. You know don't put yourself in spots where you will be around him. Like if you do work with him try to avoid being where he'll be.
Next if you do bump into him and he says something to you in an inappropriate way then correct him right away. Just say something like, "I am sorry but I just want you to remember I am a married woman. Forgive me if I gave you the wrong impression." This way you put the blame on yourself and it is less likely to make him feel uncomfortable. Then just walk away.
If he keeps approaching you about it then you may have to be a little more firm about it. Also I'd like your husband know. Let him know this upsets you and you don't know how or why this man got this idea that you were attracted to him. Doing this will let your husband first find out from you and not someone else but also put your husband in the picture.
Hope that makes sense.
He may just be kidding with you.
Just sit him down and tell him it makes you uncomfortable. Don't be mean just say that you would feel better being his friend if he didn't hit on you.
Do not listen to homeschooling Mom up there. There is no problem that can't be handled with honesty and tact. Makeing him feel awkward in front of everyone is a pretty mean thing to do to some one who is only expressing that you are a person worth being interested in don't ya think.
Edit: I retract that I guess i miss read her comment she said it would make him feel less awkward, my bad.
