How can I think ?

When ever I think some thing ,
my thoughts comes in between
from nowhere .

Were you thinking of something that had already happened? If so its but natural that thoughts of what had taken place will come to your mind. Even if you are thinking of something new your mind is like a computer it will recollect threads and strings releated to what you are thinking which really affects our concentration.This a natural.
And since you have not asked for a solution to overcome this I am answering to the point.
Learn to concentrate. Push away all thoughts and purposely concentrate on the one thing you need to concentrate on.

If a visual image helps better, picture a white board in your mind and write on it what you need to be thinking about. Erase anything else that comes along.
Maybe get a journal. Record what you are thinking for a little practice. And when you think that your thoughts are not going between your written words.leave the notebook and use your mind to think of things.

There are few good times for an individual to think, but not in same or any order, we are all individuals and so for each one it is different, see what works for you.

2. For some the best time for productive thinking is after good work out.
3. And for others the best time for productive thinking is on empty stomach.

5. Some people can think batter on their feet or walking.
6. Some people can do it batter in an arm chair or a rocker..

Most people have attention span of few minute only to concentrate on thinking process, so find that and learn to extend it by concentrating hard, and harder.

-reading a book.
-listening to some sort of music to help you relax, sometimes when I listen to music, as oddly as it may sound, it can place my focus on one roll.
-sit quietly to gather your thoughts.
-maybe the when your thoughts "comes in between from nowhere", your day has been a little to much for you to handle, it could be a good idea to take a little nap.

hi jacky. hope this hasn't been an ongoing problem because you might be having racing thoughts which require medical attention and most times some form of medication to slow your brain's activities. usually this is attributed to an imbalance of your serotonin levels and in some cases your thyroid or pituitary glands not functioning properly. yes you should try resting and anything else to wind down, but if it's been a persistent problem for you my best suggestion is to check with a medical professional first and then take it from there. rule of thumb is to eliminate the obvious first then work from there. good luck buddy. hope this is not the case, but if so welcome to the world of mania.
You mean your concentration.
It depends upon the issue and its importance for you.You remain concentrated regarding the issues which you consider important .SO before thinking high light the importance of the issue in your mind.

before starting any work , plan your strategy ..

It all indicates lack of concentration. To get rid of such situations one has to practise concentrating on the things. One easier way to achieve this is through meditation. Practising meditation for about 15-30minutes daily will inculcate confidence and reliance in concentrating on the things. Other methods like putting some photograph or thumb of right hand in position and concentrating on it also helps. Once concentration is controlled thoughts will automatically start coming.
