How do you become being a stranger and to turn in someone in a relationship?

What am I trying to say is that sometimes in life , you are going on a place where you like someone , but in that moment you are just a stranger, dont know about that person , just out of the blue just saw her (in my case) and want to know something about her.... In that moment is kind of difficult because if you introduce yourself, you will be sending a lot of messages , more negatives than positives,,,,,,But you want to in some way let that person know about your presence and talk something...For example i am in a school lab right now I like this female , but as i try so many times(with diferent women ) to drop by and si Hi she will giving me a strange face , because I am a stranger, how to overcome this...

If this is confusing, sorry I just brainstormed right now lol

Instead of just she staring at you or u at her, wont work

U must jus make her feel that u really like her, and talk to her so that she wont stare any more at you as a stranger...

Try seeing if you can get assigned as a lab partner for one of the projects in your class. Being a great lab partner can be an in, so make sure you hold up your end of the lab work.
