What does it mean when your easily confused by people, they say things that make you think, that interupts?
its like i cant handle to have to much information to think about...
im a borderline personality disorder sufferer, i also suffer with racing thoughts that spin madly everyday making me muddled and confused.
im waiting for therapy. but i also want to no what this problem is and how to combat it.

We don't have all the information on hand. World is too big for us. Those questions make us thinking about which we don't have sufficient information to answer yet the answers are there. Its normal. So we should take it easy.
May I suggest you go to a series of meditation classes. For exampe, there may be a New Kadampa Tradition group near where you live. They teach a very accessible Buddhist meditation sequence. Hope you might find you can begin to bring pauses between your thoughts and fewer spins this way.
The mind alwayys makes thoughts, but will get busy if you chase them round or try to fight them.
Just accept yourself they way you are.
