Describe an ethical dilemma you have faced and how you chose to deal with it.

Answer:
My ethics are well-rooted in doing the right thing as I so bid right conduct. Before my "Spiritual Awakening" I had NO ethical consideration for anything other than my own desires with NO regard to other life forms.
Now I do my utmost to enact that which is good and right and true for the greater good; and concerning those times when I err and I discover it through a daily practice of moral examination of my conduct and motives, I can simply acknowledge the wrong and make amends.
In the final analysis, we, by our very nature , seem to be pre-disposed to making mistakes, but we don't have to beat ourselves mentally for it, and most of the damage is easily reparable. By practiing right conduc I am much less inclined to be errant in my morality or ethical considerations.
I wanted to kill someone, but killing is against the law, so I didn't do it.
Many of the questions on FunQA.com are less questions than diatribes againts someone the questioner despises. Many of the responses are in kind. There is much heat, but less light. The anonymity of the forum lends itself to this kind of mindless venting, much as the safety and anonymity of a speeding vehicle leads some drivers to behave in ways they never would in other settings.

Every day I read angry words of prejudice, ignorance and hate. And it is sometimes tempting to reply with anger or scorn, as some do. But I have decided not to waste this opportunity. I try to make evry response as calm, reasoned and thoughtful as possible. Perhaps it will make a small ddifference, but more importantly, it's who I want to be.
i liked a guy but he was kinda rejected by my family as we both were from different religions. i was in a major dilemma of what to do. if i should break up with him or go against my family. my end decision was to be with him for now and hope to see an optimistic future. i hoped things may change when i reach my marriage age. may be. but still its a chance i know cause he is too good to be lost.
