What are some ways to discover who I really am?

I want to discover who I really am. What are some ways or ideas to figure out who I am? Everything from self-esteem to weakness. All of it. If there are some good websites let me know. Thank you!

Truthfully the best way isn't a bunch of tests and i am a psy major but from a personal standpoint i found collecting old pictures, writing a journal about everything i can remember about my life and how those memories made me feeling, making scrapbooks, and doing creative artistic things like drawing, painting or other such things that express myself have helped me find my way. Also making lists of what you think your personal strengths and weakness's are. If you really want a personality type test i suggest you type in big five test into any search engine it is the most basic test.

Just watch yourself--how you react to things, etc. Observe your own behavior, like you would do to anyone else you wanted to get to know better.
Start keeping a diary. It might be hard at first not to make it into a journal, but try to make it less of just recording what happens in your life and more about your thoughts and feelings about what happens - and what doesn't happen. When you look back onj what you've written, you'll be able to decipher more about yourself than you probably thought possible.

No website can tell you anything about yourself that you don't already know. Your best bet is to play the psychologist and figure yourself out.
There is a saying " Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself"
I think that is a great way to look at who you are. Look at your goals, aspirations, qualities you admire, people you like and attract all that you want into your life.
Ask your mom and dad or some of your relatives.
In addition to keeping a diary, I'd say also make a list of your emotions and put items that evoke those emotions under it (make several pages); you could also create a list of things you like, or dislike about yourself. This listing is a way you can look at the things you can give yourself a pat on the back for. As for those things you dislike about yourself, answer with brutal honesty whether they are things you can change and make better. For those things you cannot change, learn to accept them as part of yourself and know when to guard yourself from those situations by staying positive. Sometimes your weaknesses can be your strengths, just as your strengths can be your downfalls as well.

We are all on a journey in this ilfe. There are no right answers to it.

I can totally relate. The only answer I can find is therapy. Lots and lots of therapy. :) My life is without direction and I'm sure you're asking this question because you kind of feel lost too. So therapy. Try a local college. That's the cheapest route I hear.
Learning who we are is the result of learning to perceive ourselves without abstractions. Seeking personal lucidity through websites is a roadmap of abstractions. How we learn who we really are is through engagment with a diverse multitude of actual experiences with others and with the environment around us.
