The thing we all find so funny about their marriage is the VOODOO DOLL, they use as a trophy. When one of them does something Funny, Evil then it's awarded to the other person!
My son played a successful joke on his wife he got the doll!
She returned the joke with a little zing to it , She was award the doll!
Other night we went to their home in Pacifica just outside SF, both parents his, hers were their for dinner we stayed the night because we live 2 hours away, her parents live less then 10 minutes away.
My son was kissing his wife passionately (12 years too) and her father said will you 2 ever stop that!
Daughter inlaw said hell no, and told father if they did not come for dinner she would have given son allot more!
Her mother my husband and I started to laugh , her father was less then pleased then she said Ah oh dear it looks like dads going to ground me!

Its playful, flirty and their little inside joke - that's really awesome after 12 years. They've not let life stress wear them down. Just because we're adults doesn't mean we have to stop playing with each other. Too many couples become to damn serious and regimented. Work -bills-work-bills like robots going through the motions. They forget what it was like to be young and in love. your son and his wife have a very healthy, strong and happy marriage and that should be all that matters.
