Paranoid over crazy lady. What to do?

Talk to the police and see if this lady is actually being helped. You don't have to be directly involved with her. But, attend to the health of your society by getting involved as a concerned adult and make sure proper attention is being paid to this lady. A neighborhood is like a garden. Tend it with grace, and it will flourish. Ignore it and hide behind curtains, and the garden will wither and fall apart. This lady was in YOUR neighborhood. Assume some social responsibility and make sure she's safe and sound and not just brushed aside to become sicker and a bigger problem.
Relocate
If she goes crazy, you go crazier!

go after her on all fours barking like a dog, she'll think you're crazier than she is and run a freakin' way. One thing crazies fear is crazier peeps
i'm sure nothing will happen. but if you're really paranoid, just make sure you have your phone ready to call the cops.
get a guard dog or alarm system if you don't already have one, have a baseball bat nearby, and phone to call police if anything gets out of hand. don't try to pacify her, just swing at her with the baseball bat as hard as you can if she goes crazy :D.
