Holmes or Bond is more realistic?
Another one is a stupid suicide bomber
Answer:
holmes as he was more of a real person with the flaws.james bond just solved everything using his fists or weapons.
Holmes
Real intelligence agents are the opposite of Bond. Read LeCarre novels for realistic portrayal of intelligence business.
Holmes was an opium addict who couldn't play the violin very well
Bond had sex with women and then killed them which is an extreme form of contraception in anyone's book
I'd go for Holmes
Holmes.
Definitely Holmes. He doesn't use fancy gadgets & modern technology. He uses his mind. His discoveries seem logical once found but it was his attention to details that caused him to see what others couldn't. That question is like asking a man or a computer to do a mathematical problem. Both may get it right and the latter may be faster but it took man & several minds to develop the software & machine to do it. Bond is simply trained to use the various gadgets. I never really cared for 007.
Suicide bombers are real but seem surreal. It's hard to believe one thinks so little of the lives of others or themselves they are willing to blow themselves up. They are tortured or naive, not stupid. Either their hate has twisted their mind or they're too naive to realize they are being used. Alot of them are educated fools but never stupid. Stupid implies the inability to reason, not a lack of desire to.
Holmes, like you say more logical
sherlock holmes and james bond are both based on real people. conan doyle based holmes on his own medical school teacher, ian fleming based bond on his own experiences working for british intelligence in ww2. but of the two i would say holmes is more realistic. holmes was a human capable of human flaws hence the drug addiction and liking of male company (not that being gay is a flaw) where as if bond was real he would be classed as either a serial killer or a sociapath with homicidal tendancies and a downright mysoginist possibly a potential rapist perhaps.
Holmes and now the game is afoot.
