No of course not. Imagination and what lies within the human mind is always and will always have a different essence incomparable in physical description to reality and the 6 senses. The trend is to say that fantasy is ALWAYS better, however, I might say that sometimes the physical elements of actuality (smell of perfume, touch of skin, taste of... whatever) add to the heightened sensation of the original fantasy.

No, it's not the same...fantasies are products of our imagination, and tend to be much more refined and pleasurable because we incorporate everything that would be ultimately "pleasing" to us into them.
