What is the difference, body language wise, when someone moves their left hand or right hand?

during a conversation with people, i notice that when they are talkin to others, alot of the body language i can read, like when sumone is making a point they use their right hand to gesture alot, and usually the listeners will move the left hand when they are listening. body language is how the subconcious of each person speak with each other.. what are your thoughts.?

Answer:
Most people are right or left hand dominant, so their subconscious hand gestures will probably be projected by the dominate hand.
