you noticed that, some of your colleages who were often regarded as staff politicians or more often as a group of mafia, are using you and others for their selfish agenda and most of the time, resulting to ones dismissal from his post?
you found out that, yours and others hard efforts have been credited to others as a result of their campaign, and to make it worse, the one that you knew is also bent on getting your position, even to the ovious participation of others in the same nationalities.
well, I am not being affected by it, however, other helpless individuals who lost their ligitimate knowhow to many pretenders, is something alarming, especially when an individual is not familiar of work politics! or they are sanctioned by any company, are they?

I think it's time to look for a new job. Just because right now your position is not being effected, eventually you just might find yourself struggling to keep our position.
Survival of the fittest...i guess
In every job there are some kind of politics and unfortunately some people get caught in the middle. When this happens, you can go to a mediation board and if that doesn't work you can go to the Labor Board and finally if that doesn't work you can write to your Congressman or Congresswoman for help.
As long as there are jobs, there will always be one kind of politics or another.
