Ok im really paranoid right nowthere were cps outsidets making me wonder if there wasosmeone out there help?

If not, shut-up and go to sleep. Tomorrow will be a better day IF u get some sleep tonight.
Call a Crisis Hotline (just dial 1411 and ask for one) and talk to a counselor who can help orient you. Then get a referral to a mental health center for tomorrow. If the paranoid feelings are too intense to bear, call 911 or go to your local ER.
Sit down, take a deep breath, hold it for 4 seconds, then release. Turn on a movie. It will distract you.
Close the curtains. If they're not knocking on your door, they're not here for you.

just press your nose against the glass and stare out the window.
it may not help you to be less paranoid... but it will help pass the time. and you'll soon realize there's nobody out there. :)
