Do you stand firm behind your choices even if someone else is voicing a few doubts?
Answer:
If I'm sure beyond a shadow of a doubt,of course! There will always be nay-sayers,no matter what you do and,if I had listened to people who"knew better"I never would have a had a career doing what love most-performing!So,you see, kiddies, life is all about choices and sometimes-The road less travelled is the best road t take!Be bold and have the confidence to know that-even if the idea of persueing your dream scares the $#@% out you...GO FOR IT!TL
YES..I weigh out the pros and cons the I decide..and the decision is final 95% of the time.
Yes I do. No one can think for me, as well as I can think for myself. Right or wrong, it's my choice, my life, and I must be true to both
it really depends on the choice. if it clothes or something, i accept advice, if it moral, no.
Depending on the choice, but yes I do for the most part.
Not to the point of being an ***. When friends and family voice doubts, it's important to listen. You may not agree, but usually they know you better than you know yourself. They may give you valuable insight on a situation, but only if you can put your pride aside for a moment and keep an open mind.
(Of course, being the stubborn idiot that I am, I usually nod and smile and do whatever the hell I want to anyway, but then...I don't pretend to be a role model to anyone!)
That all depends if the person voicing the *doubts* has a credible point to make... given the fact that I accept that there is a difference between right and wrong and the fact that assumption is intrusive. I've witnessed so many people go off the deep end if they can't rewrite the events or facts in a situation via stereotyping - it's really pathetic.
You must always do what you feel is right, of course...
yes I do but I do listen to their side of doubts and then analyse it to see if I might be in the wrong or need to adapt my choice if ever.
sometimes two minds work better then one.
have a great day...
Yes. I really do try my best to evaluate things from all perspectives. I go for what will do the greatest amount of good. I know it sounds cheesy, but I've always felt that I serve a larger purpose than just myself, even when I was a kid.
There have been times, though, when I was lacking information on an issue. I do admit that I would have made a diffenerent decision, had I been aware of all of the facts. Still, given the information I had at the previous time, I would have arrived at the same conclusion as before.
If it works for me I'm not about to let someone else try to fix it.
do it and show, rather than wasting time in arguing/clarifying
The only voice that bothers me is my own.
LOVE, I certainly do, LOVE what is your name? Friend Jimmy.
pushy doubtful ppl always get in the way when it comes to making choices...I say push towards your own choices...;)
oh yeah!!i won't budge!!:)
I stand firm, but I keep an open mind and can be persuaded to change my views, as long as the other person has a valid reason behind their doubts.
No, I ask for second opinions all the time! I wish I would stick to my gut instinct more!
Yes...always
i'm usually open to what others have to say; most of the time, i stick to the choice i've made because i believe it's the right thing; the rest of the time, i stick to the choice i've made to despite people who "know it all"..
No, I hate doubting persons. If they can't trust me, they will have to respect me bcos I am the Rated R Superstar.
Yes I do, always!
If i made that decision then I already went throught the doubts, so I have no reason not to stand firm.
Star question-
Yes, I stand firm. My decisions are never made lightly.
I usually do, although I will listen to what my trusted circle say, I am not above mistakes or seeing another point of view. In the end, I always go with my intincts, my emotions are frequently wrong, my intincts never. I am getting up there in years, & this truth has yet to fail me.
yes i do i have a stand strong on my choices..
