Why are so many people nasty and rude when answering qustions. ?

I think these people have low self-esteem and do it to make themselves feel superior to others.. Maybe they get that way because our society is increasingly divided into the haves and have nots. There are many people who know that they will never become one of the haves no matter how much they try, so theytake their anger out on people who can't get back at them.
Why are so many people nasty and rude on the road? or at work? Some people just have issues... what can you do?
I think this lashing out is caused by a need for attention. People who crave attention don't really care if it's positive or negative attention, as long as they are getting it!
Some people are inpatient when it comes to ignorant people. They feel that everyone should know the answer to the question being asked or they have just had a bad day and feel like being an * to anyone and everyone that is feeling better than they are.
calalum; I know what you're saying. There are times I read some answers and I think to myself " some peoples children eh"?
I believe that this is what it comes down to. The parents themselves or the lack of proper parenting. Because it is obvious to me that no one has taught them better than what they show. And if anyone has tried to teach them then the kids weren't listening to the lessons now were they?
As adults answering like rude and snide people? Well ...can't blame the parents then. At some point in our lives we are responsible for our own actions regardless of our parents good or poor lessons.

They are superior to you you dont have the knowledge they do so they are superior to you .That what they think anyway like the above fellow said .If you want to piss them off just post this question . I want to become a puppy mill how does one do this ? and wait you want rude mean answers I mean one would think that you just killed someone child or grandparent
Because people are rude and nasty sorry to say. Our society has become so calloused and mean. People get pleasure out of hurting other people. Maybe it makes them feel better about themselves to put other people down or maybe they think they're being funny. I don't like it either.
because sometimes you can only read so many, "my husband is cheating on me, what should I do?" questions before you go mental.
I think it's silly too & the only thing that I can think of is that they get WAY to emotionally involved in the question that is being asked instead of just trying to give you a helpful answer. Some people can't walk away without putting their two cents in when they should just keep it or not answer the question at all. The other thing is that there are also some who "dont" care about the answer & just want to say something silly. Who knows why some people really do this & personally we should be glad that we are not one of them.
Yes, i know people are always rude when i ask legimate questions. One time I was worried about my cats having ear mites or being really sick with something else. I decided to post a question on here regarding the situation. I was new at it and didnt know how to click on the pencil to add extra detail, so I kept reasking the question by mistake. You would have thought that I was the worst person on the face of the earth for trying to take care of stray cats that found me! I was chastised and basically was told that I was irresponsible because I couldnt possibly care for all of these strays. My providing them with shelter from the weather, food, love and basic care which if necessary would have included vet care.was construed as being irresponsible. Those cats are better off with me giving what I can give than having nothing at all! Dont worry about the idiots that just get off on treating others badly. I actually cried over some of the answers that I was given. When I tried to strike back, FunQA.com sent me an email telling me that I was in violation of FunQA.com rules. I dont get it either. Just know that I got your back.

Nobody is monitoring their behaviour when they seat themselves at their PC. There is therefore no need to ensure that personal behaviours need to be socially appropriate, or simply said, need to be polite.
So generally, it is easier for people who have very "loose" personal values and integrity to become unnecessarily rude when answering questions - because they know they will never be caught anyway.
You gave no examples and your question is no question at all, but a mere rant, and a vent. Are you some kind of retard ?
