How can we keep work out of our mind during non-work time?

It has become more of a habit for me to carry work thoughts in my head when I am at home -- while doing dishes, preparing food, doing laundary, driving and doing everything in between. Any suggestions on getting rid of this "way of life"?

Answer:
Think of some things you'd rather think about. Then everytime a work thought comes into your mind, change your thoughts to what you really want to be thinking about. Make a vow to not think about work once you enter your house.
