Understanding?

How do you understand people? How do you get to know them and understand their personalities? How do you cope with fights with them or differences?

*this is not a personal question im just interested in how other people react.

Answer:
i accept who they are and what they've gone through, as well as where they are going and how they plan to get there...i understand we are all human and everybody makes mistakes. we all have feelings, opinions, and ideas, etc. of our own...we are unique and are this way for a reason...
I watch them a lot.. not in a stalker way, see how they act or move when theyre speaking, if theyre different around other people, if they have a fake smile or something, how they are one on one (bitchy?) etc..
Try to put myself in their situation if something annoys me so then i can empathise
Get overly angry at first when i argue with people, then about 5 minutes later i dont care whether we agree/disagree or are friends or not
i understand them by of course knowing them first, you should know how a certain person reactts on a certain situation then ul have the idea of whats his attitude whether it is positive or not and then ul understand coz u know if you dont know that person and you say something that is not open to her or not okay for her you will become judgmental coz u know u dont even know him to say something like that!
once you know his behavior ul then get what he wants how he reacts on things and if ur his friends theres a certain times that u need to just follow the stream to him to avoid having misundrstanding!
