Answer:
Make a time table of all the jobs to be done and do it according to this time table. Even if you do not have works to do you can find some job like cleaning, gardening, painting, repairing, exercises etc so that you can always be busy. i f you can keep youself busy where is the chance to become lazy.
Get counseling for depression.
Periodic, self-inflicted Taser shots to the groin.

Get a dog! Go for a brisk walk, clear your mind, and then GET TO WORK!
I have to get up and get my blood pumping to have energy,I MAKE myself do some stretches and some exercise to get going,then I feel like doing something!
