What's the difference between being eccentric and being crazy?

Eccentric is just when somebody is different from everybody else. Crazy refers to somebody with a mental disorder.
That's how I see the difference, but "normal" and "crazy" are relative. Each person defines these words differently!
Yeah, if you're rich, you're eccentric. If you're poor, you're just crazy.

Not being ABLE to take care of yourself might be crazy or might be a disability - you need to do testing to check.
Not WANTING to care of yourself is crazy.
