Does it mean something if u keep seeing the same number over and over again?
in the past 2 months
i thought nothing of it then but nows its starting
to creep me out.i see that number everyday!
even my birthday is on the 23rd!!

Did someone that is very close to you pass before your birthday? They are probably trying to wish you a Happy Birthday or it could be that they are trying to warn you of something that is foreboding that will present itself on the 23.
it means nothing... just a coincidence. I'm sure if you looked for it you can see a lot of other numbers a lot of times.
heck even that first paragraph has 23 spaces, and i didn't mean to do that. do a test maybe, think of a different number and see all the places you can find it... try 17 that's an odd number.
depends on what you mean by "seeing" the #. if you'r continuously counting to 23, looking for it to alleviate something, then it's possibly a symptom of OCD. otherwise, just a cooncidence & you'r noticing it more lately. like when you get a new car, you suddenly notice how many of that make & model there are.
u're not the only one, me, i kept on seeing #24, especially whenever i checked the time in my fon, it always says for exmple: 5:24, 2:24 etc. kinda weird ryt? dunno what it means...
