In the 'Trees' department a poster recommended a book called "The Secret Life of Plants". In the book there is scientific proof of communicable spirits in trees, which is something I always suspected, but they added that there is a spirit in inanimate things too, and quoted a sea captain who used to talk to his ship, and it responded. With this in mind when my printer wouldn't work, I lay my hand on it and asked for help getting it going. (I asked the PC as well). The printer now works like the clappers. Don't knock it.
