That depends on yourself. If you are a liar by nature, then you can't really allow people to get to know you by deed if at all.
There comes a time you have to talk; such as demonstrating a blief or a stand on an issue; just make sure you can walk that talk; times it'll be easy; times it'll be hard; just keep walking that talk..
a lot depends but actions do speak louder then words
