What do you call a person who knows every thing about others opinions?
Answer:
my first reaction would be NERD...but if the person were genuine and sincere and didn't inflict their 'know it all' attitude on others i'd call them 'wise'

The person who "thinks" they know everything about others' opinions is usually called a few words professionally:
narsiscistic; egotistical; egoistic
In other words, a self-centered, know-it-all who thinks the world revolves around them.

I don't know what that meens, how can someone know everything about my opinions.
Is this person listening to other peoples conversations then popping up like a know it all---because someone said it.
