Home alone and very scared?

I know how you feel I used to get the same way when my whole family would go out and I'd stay alone. I would keep the phone close to me at all times. Sometimes I'd call a friend or I'd watch movies, ofcourse nothing scary try some funny movies to help you relax. I too would keep all the lights on in the entire house. Even now that I'm married my hubby works some nights but I now only leave the kitchen light on to feel more safe and still have my cell phone close to me. It's good to be cautious but we are not suppose to live in fear, it's no fun.
call a friend or IM me.
or sit with your back into the corner ... so there is nothing but walls around you.
call your mom and ask when is she coming home. I did the same at your age and let the dogs inside.
Know that you are safe. All the noise from the TV would make thieves run for their lives. Don't be frightened because one day you'll want to be alone and be able to do what you enjoy.
Go around and assure yourself that all the doors are locked. Do you have a favorite TV show or movie you can watch? Do you have a friend up at this time you can call? Could you call a neighbor and talk to them. I am an adult but if a 13 year old called me up and told me they were frightened I would come over and talk to them. Can you call your mom? She won't be mad, she'll know that you are young and afraid of being alone. Can you play computer games or visit sites. Try bored.com There are things on there to do that will take your mind off being alone.
Laugh it off. O____O hahaha I'm just messing with you. If it was me, I would indulge myself in a good television show or book. Do anything that will capture your interest, and soon enough you'll forget that you were even alone.
