How can i let go of my past mistakes without ever having to relive it again?

Answer:
I think hypnosis is the only way. It can be wiped out of your mind forever. I'd like to do this also. Too many bad memories I'd rather never think about again.
depends on what your mistakes were. Basically, generally, most life experiences have been had at one time or another in everyone's life. But even so, some mistakes like jail time have still been experienced by others. So know that you are not alone in this, move away from those mistakes and the people who were involved in them, and move on with your life in a better direction.
Examine the situation, see what you did wrong, and move forward. Leave it behind but remember the lesson.
You have to accept the fact that it happened, you lived it and/or did it. Understand that it is a part of your life experience, and all you can do is learn from it. Tell yourself that you won't do it again or allow yourself to be in that kind of situation. After that, it just takes time. Good luck!
Put the mistake in a positive frame. If nothing else you have learned from the mistake, so you don't ever have to repeat it.
I made the mistake of answering this question, before reading the other answers, however we all seem to concur. so I will just move on.
know that everything in the past is in the past and can never be relived again. you have memories, don't let the bad ones control you. they are not real. conversations we have in our heads with ourselves. most will never happen. Also realize that anything negative that you have gone through is exactly what you needed to become the person you're supposed to be. Learn from it. Let it go. The negative things may have a positive reason for happening in the future.
