well maturity is people who have 1 way of thinking and they believe others should follow that way, what they end up being is dumb and boring people because they dont see possibilities, they are too afraid to step out of their own boundaries so they will only know those boundaries for the rest of their life the immature person would try new things and step out of their own boundaries so they evolve in knowledge. new ideas are often highly redicude then accepted. do you believe airplanes exist, well sure you do but before they were around back in the 1800's if you said theres a way humans can fly and youll be called stupid, immature, crazy, etc etc etc. so whos really the mature person- actually i dont care- as long as what i do is getting what i want. im happy. anyways mature people are one of the bigger nazis around because socialize with only their kind.
Einstien was immature. So are you. The term immature was somehow adopted by immature twelve year old girls to refer to guys the same age. If you are not immature then you are boring and you have a long life ahead of you.
Quite obvious to tell and I just ignore them. Not much more you can do if you have no other choice.

You dont! People play games primarily because they are unintelligent or simply because they can. I see so many people get taken advantage of because others know they can. You can not allow these people to do this to you. Your confusion, not necessary! Your need to deal with them? not necessary! A Choice? Yes! Find people that don't play games. A lot of people are immature, heck, I am at times, but the ones that play head games are the ones you should stay clear of. Good Luck!
immaturity is playing high school games on people when you're like 30 and should know better. It's playing jokes on people for your own entertainment or to embarrass them or to make them look small in front of their peers or bosses or family. It could mental, physical or verbal or even emotional games. You look thru that mentality when you stop and think "just who is the butt of this joke" and you walk away. If you have to deal with that every day and think you can do better elsewhere then you just change jobs.
When dealing with immature people, empathy is the only way to have compassion and attempt to understand their mentality. After you have put yourself, mentally in their place, come back to yourself and teach them the realities you have learned from your own, more extensive experiences. Expose them to the facts, the truth about the world and their environment using various media with as much documentation as is possible. Do whatever you must do to create self awareness in them. Never try to deceive immature people because it is unethical and has an uncanny way to backfire on you. They often play games such as "I don't care", "you don't matter" and "I am smarter than you" or "I know everything". Just ignore their games and demonstrate positive decision making, positive role modeling, mentoring and social interaction to them, live your life as an example for them. Help them advance whenever you have an opportunity to do so. They will rarely, do what you say. However, they WILL imitate you, in most cases. Keep your own identity well separated from their influences and never imitate any of their ignorant behaviors unless they are aware that you are mocking them. When you get a break away from them, TAKE IT because dealing with immature human beings will cause emotional and physical burnout if you do not take occasional breaks.
