Maybe you could start by doing something everyday that you enjoy and that relieves stress.working out is a great stress reliever.
Has something changed recently in your life that would be putting extra pressure of stress on you? If so, you need to figure out a way to make it work. Stress is the #1 reason for angering so easily.
If not, then you need to take a personal inventory-is something bothering you and you are letting is pass by withour confronting it?
Often, we act out when we cover things up and let it stew instead of getting it off our chest.
If none of these pertain to you, then maybe you need to consult with a physician.

that happens to me to lik ei will be playing a game and i will get pissed and like throw the controller on the ground an dit will break and in that situation i just turn the tv on and watch tv for like 5 minutes and i am calmed down if i am talking to someone i just like ignore them for like 10 minutes and i am better
all you have to do is try not to hurt anyone or anything. And use cool talk say "ok, just try to ignore it they r only doing this to me because they have no life and r stupid" (BUT IN UR HEAD!) if u say anything back mean to the person it will only make matters worse!!
