How do you call that phenomenon where the victim falls in love to the person who hurt him/her?

or when the victim develop positive feelings towards the person who hurt him/her?

Answer:
In a domestic abuse situation it's referred to as "battered spouse" syndrome. A compulsive desire to please the person who abuses you.

In the cases of kidnap victims it's referred to as "Stockholm Syndrome" where a victim feels gratitude to their captor for being allowed to live and begins to identify with them and their 'cause.'
