What jobs can I get with a BS in Psychology and what do they pay?

I have a BS in Sociology. I chose not to further my education in that area. I have worked in many fields and many of these I worked with Psych majors. You can work in Prisons, Social Services, Adult and Child Protective Services, Child Support Officer, School Social Worker. Pretty much anything that involves helping people. The pay is not that great. Between 27,000 and 38,000 in the State of Texas. I used my BS to get alternatively certified as a Math Teacher. Trust me I use my Psych, Soci and Criminal Justice background everyday and I make good money..with summers off!
With a BS in psychology, it is best to further your education and get a masters degree. There is not much you can do with this degree if you want to work in the psychology field. You can get job that focuses on something else and possibly get paid more because you have a degree. Best thing is to attend graduate school.
Assistant educational psychologist- apply to your local education authority.
Or a social inclusion pupil support worker, again apply to your local education authority.
