Anxiety about work?
I don’t know how much more of this I can handle, but quitting my job isn’t a option as I need the income. What is wrong with me? I know this sounds silly, but PLEASE I need help! ! = (
Answer:
thats how i feel every night before i go to school. is anyone there intimidating you in any way? Or are you afraid you'll make a mistake? Maybe something at work triggered a past memory?
im really not sure since nothing seems to be bothering you. But i know how you feel. You may have social anxiety...do you ever feel scared or nervous and self-conscious when ppl talk to you? think about these. take deep breaths! good luck.
You are tired of the routine. You must quit and get a job that challenges you more.
My solution would be doing yoga or swimming. Also, go into chatrooms. They might cheer you up sometimes. :-)
Staying in a job (or any situation) that is making you sick or anxious is not worth staying for. Your body is telling you something is not right for you. You said quitting is not an option but from past bitter experience I can tell you that staying may be worse in the long run. Try to find another job -one that you enjoy and you are appreciated - that makes you feel good. I know that may be easier said than done. In the mean time start doing something out of work that you get a lift out of so that you have something to look forward to.
How long is it since you took a holiday? Work is not the be all and end all - you have to protect your emotional state - nobody else will do that for you.
Take care and it doesn't sound silly - it sounds to me like you are headed into trouble if you stay.
Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your job is not compatible with you.So like it or not turn on your search engines and start networking to locate something you really have an interest in or as close as you can come to it.Your current job is literally eating you up from the inside out! A wage cut is temporary;you can recoup that by applying yourself in your new position.Your health and peace of mind are worth more than a temporary monetary loss!..NicNic.
