Hi, I agree it's more important to treat the depression rather than analyse which type it is.

you don't need to classify it as any type of depression...its 'just' depression. Figure out why you feel suicidal (theres always a reason why) face that fear, whatever it is, perhaps grieve over it, accept it and move on. I found that helping others and not focusing so much on myself helps me with depression and suicidal feelings. Its good to make yourself busy and active (whether physically or mentally) at times, but you also need to reflect on your thoughts and feelings.
