Am i stressed?
i found myself cant concentrate in exam , and my stomach made noise and i felt bad . after exam i told my friend to leave me alone. am i stressed ?is that because of negative thoughts ? what can i do to stop this from happening again?

Maybe you are stressed. Your body and your emotions seems to be unkind to a lot of things. That's stress.
The cause of that is you had your body overworked and your mind filled with a lot of pressures. With that, you tend to forget your meals or the right things to be done, the right things to think and you are heavily bothered.
To free yourself from that. Release a little pressure in you. Relax. And while you are doing the things you needed to do, enjoy a bit, set yourself always in the good mood, think positively and always love your body. Try to ask your body what she wants and give her if it is needed. Don't get flooded on pressure, ride on with the flow... again, enjoy and relax while doing necessary things. Release a little pressure.

Well my friend , to what you have mentioned , i feel you should have a good breakfast , cause if you don't i believe your liver will tend to slowly malfunction, and if you have family problems talk to someone whom you trust , cause when you tell ur friend to leave you alone , you are also hurting his feelings.You should also sleep for at least 8 hours , eat lots of greens and Vegs. i suggest you should take seven's sea's oil which is very good for concentration. TRY IT OUT AND GET BACK TO ME.
all that because exam. you need some rest. go to place you love, listen to nice music or do something you love to do. it's matter of time to change your behaver or mood.

If it is the exam that had you stressed out, Eat a good dinner,get enough sleep the night before and eat a good breakfast before test taking. If it is possible ...study at least a few days before exams. If you have studied and you are not hungry you will feel more confident when you take an exam.
Negative thoughts--- Try and wake up each day deciding that you are going to be happy and nothing is going to get you down. Try smiling more too. I have tried it and think it helps. Try and focus and reflect on the good things in your life for a few minutes each day. Even if if you only have seemingly minor things to be happy and relaxed about. The more you do this the easier it gets to think of good things in your life. If you are still having alot of negative try and volunteer to help others. It is harder to focus on the negative when you are busy and have a very good purpose of helping others.
If things get to be to much though, it is always good to talk to a counseler,or seek professional help.
