I hate you or I am indifferent towards you which one is worse?

I ran into a ex of mine yesterday and that is how i felt ,

Answer:
Indifference by far. Hate still requires emotion and energy, you have to actively choose to hate someone. Indifference is like saying you mean so little to me I don't even have the time or energy to register you as someone who is worth my hate or loathing.
You should never hate anyone. You hate their "ways". Better yet, you dislike that person and don't like the way they carry themselves.
I HATE YOU is worse!
well hate is a very strong word. i always say i strongly dislike you. but if you really feel this way...the next time you run into her, take a deep breath...count to ten...then turn and walk away.
I had a friend that once told me there is a fine line between love and hate. They are two extremes of emotions. Indifference is a lack of emotions. Indifference is most likely the best when referring to an ex.
get that hate out of your heart, wish her a nice day,and you will feel better in your self
If you are indifferent that to me is worse. Because hatred just shows your weakness for the person, means they can affect you, they have power over your feelings by making you hateful. Indifference shows no reaction, just centers on self and nothing they do or don't do will affect you. This is how I treat my enemies, indifference.
hate means that you still have some kind of feeling towards them. indifferent means that you have no feelings of any kind towards them. besides it's not kind to hate. only people that are doomed hate. and you don't strike me as that type of person.
hate is worse b/c in different to me means you just dont see eye to eye in which case you can work with but to hate thats you wish they did not excist
if you hate someone, i think you're still not over it. Feelings still seem on the surface.

once you become indifferent I think you've put the past behind.

break-ups suck.
To Hate someone or something means that you're still feeling an emotions conxected to the person or object. Emotions good or bad mean that you're still feeling something. I would say that indifference is the point where it no longer matters to you what happens. Indifference isn't good either because I can't see not caring what happens to a person even my ex and I really dislike the way that he treats our daughter like she's not here or that she doesn't matter. I don't hate him because that would turn back on me but indifference would mean that I didn't care and I do if for no other reason that my daughter cares and I care about what she feels. But if you don't share anyone with this person than it may not matter to you what happens. Either way don't let negativity turn back on yourself.
get over it, no you dont hate her, you feel that know , but forget her and in time you will see that you dont hate her after all, Hate is a strong word, And think about the good times you two have in the past
hate
Indifference is worse. That person does't care about you. You are nothing to them. Things like that. Hate is still feeling towards things about that person, thinking about them. I acted indifferent towards a stalker of mine and it drove that person carzy. He told his friends(gossips) that he would have perfered my hate because at least i'd talk to him. Care about something when it came to him.
People at least think hate is worse because the words are so impacting but then they comfort themselves with what i stated about.
Indifference helps you because you are OVER it. You feel better. Not only that but the other person can finally realize that the whole problem is the best thing that could have happened. Unless, you know, you truly love them. Like what the Bible says love( 1 Corinthians(spelled it wrong) 13) is cause that to me is what i think is the best thing ever. To be loved like that at least.
