What's your definition of needy?
Answer:
2 ideas of needy - the needy as in needing basic items to survive - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Then there is the description of needy that means that an individual clings to another person at every second of everyday. Such as when in a relationship, they want to be with that other person all the time to the point the other person can not even get breathing room. The person may express a feeling of the energy and/or life being sucked from them by the needy person. The needy person will always suck energy from anyone around by constantly expecting everyone around to comfort him/her and complaining constantly or crying about something all the time. Not able to make a decision without everyone else's opinion for even the simplest item. Expecting others to pay attention to him/her all the time. Essentially the needy person behaves like an infant with an expectation of me me me.
Someone who needs others to sustain them either for physical or emmotional reasons.
Needy is someone who can't think for themselves. They can't make decisions or act w/out always consulting someone else.
My definition of needy is when someone is of need, a need of help, assistance, affection, freedom and a definition of being human.
Somebody that requires a lot of "attention"
depending on what they are being needy of. Items just acting like there is never enough. In relationships the same thing but reasponding by always having to be there and be first.
