I have had the worst nervous breakdown in my life 1 year back?

But the sad part is i was left alone at that time..i never knew that i would ever be so alone in this life...left my friends..nobody is with me..the breakdown was a result of my keeping things inside and crying almost all through my growing up years since my mom died ten years back..i really needed genuine and care..but that is not in my destiny..i am not even asking for that now..but i really wanna know how do i heal myself?i wana be like evryone else :(

please find a good counselor and talk to him or her about all of this. you can find help for free or close to free by asking a guidance counselor at school for a referral, or even just looking in the phone book "blue page" section.

oh, and, btw. you are like everyone else. nobody has a perfect life and happiness is not a destination -- it's a fleeting feeling. a good counselor will help you to make peace with your past and get tools to solve issues as they arise.

You need friends or family close to you. As a human, it isn't healthy to keep everything inside. If you don't feel like you can share your thoughts with others, then you have to at least come to terms with everything. When something bad happens, just take it one day at a time.

If you want to be like everyone else, you have to put yourself back out there and be close to people. You might get hurt, but thats how the cookie crumbles.
First of all you don't want to be like every one else. You are an individual. Embrace the difference in you compared to everyone else because when it is all said and done we are not that much different. We all have problems and issues and hurt and get lonely and lose love ones and experience pain.
You are not alone.

You can't hold things in and avoid emotions. The best thing to do is deal with the problems. Where we go wrong is harboring issues we have no control over. If there is nothing you can do about something then let it go and chalk it up as a learning experience. If you can work on it then take the time to do so. Give a little bit of time everyday towards fixing it. Even if it's just recognizing how it is disrupting your life. If you need to heal from some past pain then you need to know healing is something you have to consciously work on every day. You have to remind your self every day to let a little bit of that hurt go until it's all gone. If you have wronged somebody apologize and except your own apology as well. If someone has wronged you then you have to forgive them and move on.

It will be good if you get therapy but some people find comfort in pain drama and problems. So make sure you are ready to let go or repair your problems. Be honest with your self or you are not just wasting money and time.

You have to realize your own worth and attributes. Write them down. Remind your self why you are worthy of peace and happiness then work towards it. No body can make you happy. You have to decide that for yourself. You have to make your self happy by accepting the flaws you cant change working on the ones you can and remembering everyone has them.

Write down some affirmations and say them to your self in the mirror everyday until you believe them and feel better about them.

Spend some time getting to know and love your self.
