What can i do to build self-confidence?

Challenge yourself to do small things. Once you begin to accomplish them, move up to larger things. Allow yourself to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment.
Well just think.if its something you have to do do it. just go and do it u know.
Some people are naturally like that and there's really nothing you can do. But if you want to change how others see you, you have to make a big change in your life. You have to believe in yourself and know the desicions you make are the right ones.
Go out for a day and do things you wouldn't normally do. This way, you can relax and have a new start.
I'm like that too... because I have OCD and depression. Once I was treated I got a lot better... I'm guessing you're probably just indecisive and not crazy (well not crazy, but you know what I mean (right?))... and in that case, self-confidence and efficient decision making can really only be improved by practice, practice, practice. If you understand yourself, who you are, what you like, and what you want, making decisions about things will probably be much easier. And the best way to understand what you want... is to practice making a lot of decisions!
And you can definitely change it! No one is born a certain way. Many people are extremely shy when young but grow up to be exuberant social butterflies! Humans are highly adaptable and can become just about anything they want as long as they're committed to it...
But anyway, who says being indecisive is a bad thing!? You probably make a lot less hasty and irrational decisions because of it.
ok here is what you should do...think of something/someone that makes you feel good and special. then whenever you face a problem then think of that thing/person and then you know what to do. that always helps me.
