Is DEPRESSION caused by others?
Answer:
It can be I suppose. Lol, good question!
it can be
Defenitely!;]
i would think that others have a factor in it, just as a persons chemicals in their body are also a part as well.
Sorry bugs. It comes from within. It is common for depressed people to blame others... but really, what can they be blamed for?
You should blame no one for depression, not even yourself.
In away yeah other can not help but it is also yourself, why should we turn round and blame others...just cos its easier! It is however partly to do with you it is within.
No, depression is an internal state of mind. It is a person's reaction to situations/people that causes them to be depressed, not the situations/people themselves.
others can't cause depression. only yourself can bring it forth.
Sometimes due to mine working, but also sometimes they are a result of earthquakes and other natural phenomena.
There is one in the field behind us.
Sash.
yes since i was subjected to police harrassment i am depressed ...no i aint black i'm white and a woman
My depression was caused by someone elses abuse. Abusers destroy your self esteem. But the strengh comes from inside to recover.
depression scientists have just found can be genetic.
depression can also be frozen (unresolved/unexpressed) anger...and anger and depression are part of the grief cycle.we can be angry for many things..more often than not it can be from abuse from others...while we can be victims of varying kinds of abuse it is our perspective that can feed the anger..that anger then festers and feeds on itself to cause depression.it becomes unresolved and unexpressed...this is why counselling is vital to healing...we can talk and cry our way to healing...
altho it is common to feel anger to any form of abuse (and the obvious form of abuse we know of is sexual abuse..however abuse comes in all forms..physical, mental, emotional, spiritual etc etc).it is not going to be healed by holding onto that anger by that abuse
so in a roundabout way, depression "can be" caused by others...but blaming and feeding that anger just creates a vicious circle that causes more harm.and hurt to "the victim"..
