Feeling sexy is without doubt a state of mind.
If you don't feel sexy about yourself no one around you can or will be able to influence the way you feel about that aspect of yourself.
I was (note past tense) with a woman who was drop dead gourgeous but she don't feel sexy in any way. No amount of compliments, saying how sexy she was or encouraging her to dress differently changed that.

i think as long as you have a high selfesteem,and you take care of yourself, thenyour capable of feeling sexy, as long as you have confidence in yourself. but if you are with someone who is negative towards you in that aspect then you are likly to feel alot less sexy than you really are. some people just have a way of bringing others down. but as long as you distance yourself from people like that and stay strong and confident then you should feel sexy as well. and others will see it to , and you will notice that they see it because they will show you in little ways that they think your sexy as well.
