with 2 seatbelts, drive through the mountains at 70 mph and go swim in a hot spring. The heater core on the truck is out, so my air conditioner dosen't work properly, and im out of gas but i would use my rent money to pay for the trip. Is this a good idea? My girlfriend thinks it is.

No I don't think so. In my opinion it is too hot and you only have 2 seat belts for four people in the truck. How safe is that? Plus if you use the money for the trip who will pay your rent when it comes due. No offense but would you rather have a roof over your head or a trip to the mountains to swim in a hot spring that left your gas tank on empty?
