That sounds like paranoia to me. Don't you think there are better things to worry about than who is out to get you?
I've been working at this small ad agency for a couple of years. I'm the lead graphics guy, the HR director hired her daughter-in-law to be my boss (nepotism?) and I felt like my new boss had it out for me for a while. I'd see them whispering to eachother in the distance or having a meeting behind closed doors, and I'd always think it was about me.
But it turned out that it was never about me. I was being very paranoid. Once I started telling myself to stop worrying, suddenly the two of us built a really positive working relationship.
I guess sometimes you just have to do your best to fight off the negative thoughts. The more positive you are in your mind, the more positive you'll be toward other people and they'll react positively toward you. I went from hating my job to feeling like I'm really doing a good thing there.
Now if only they'd start paying me a little more...
ideas and creativity can be destroyed by destroying the will to do so. The first step is suppressing it, the second is controlling, the third is destroying the sheer will to do so.
Currently people have managed to rather than suppress, control. This can be seen in politics and religion where the religion or side chooses how you live and how you vote or think.
Prime example: Mormonism (Cult reference); Where you only are allowed to talk to someone if you think they are mormon and where you try to convert people. they do not allow intellectuals inside of mormonism due to the fact they can think for themselves and the better of humanity.
Are you being controlled? Do you think how others think on your own or because you are similar or a group? etc... ?

the human spirit is a source of strength and wonder
to susutain your strength you must nurture whats within and look after your self more
